From Geneva Airport

After the custom, take on your left and walkthrough the whole building. Go through the revolving door, you will enter the railway station. Buy your ticket to Geneva or Lausanne or Berne at the counter on the opposite side of the hall. For Geneva take any train that leave the station as every train stops in Geneva Main Station.
For Berne and Lausanne, check on the departure panel above each track. Journey to Lausanne lasts approx. 40 minutes. Journey to Berne 1h40.

From Zurich Airport

After the custom, follow the sign with a train (train station) to the 2nd basement of the airport. Buy your ticket from the counter and check on the blue departure panel when the next train is. Journey to Berne lasts approx. 1h30, to Lausanne approx. 2h30 and to Geneva approx. 3h00.To find the schedule of the swiss railway go under : www.cff.ch and check your journey.

Once in the city

Follow the indications to reach tram #9. Once on the tram #9 platform, take the tram #9 direction Wabern for the Hotel Ambassador (see map). From the main railway station, you can also take a Taxi for the Hotel Ambassador.


The Hotel City-am-Bahnhof is right next to the tram platform on the main train station square (You don’t need to take the tram) (see map).
